Salary: £30,000 per year \+ service charge
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the day\-to\-day operation of our busy waterfront restaurant at the Bristol Hotel.
Working alongside the Restaurant Manager, you will help lead the front\-of\-house team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain high service standards, and contribute to the commercial success of the restaurant.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or hotel
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands\-on, positive approach
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
