Assistant Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations


• Supervise and support front\-of\-house and back\-of\-house staff in Twist Bar \& Bistro


• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and promptly resolve guest concerns


• Train, coach, and develop team members


• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies


• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health code compliance


• Help manage scheduling, labor costs, and team productivity


• Support onboarding of new employees


• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment


• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices


• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: €16\.50\-€17\.50 per hour
