Assistant Restaurant Manager
Beshoffs the Market \& SeaGrill Restaurant are now recruiting an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Front of House Team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person with an outgoing and friendly nature, a great attitude and excellent customer service skills.
All applicants should have a minimum of two year's relevant experience, fluent English, and hold a valid work permit.
We are located on the beautiful West Pier in Howth, right beside the DART station and free parking is widely available.

In addition to our busy 90 seater seafood restaurant, our adjoining Market Hall offers customer a sparkling fresh seafood counter, a range of carefully sourced products including freshly baked breads, homemade seafood deli lines, wine selection, a busy coffee bar and casual fish bar.
About you
First and foremost you'll have a genuine interest in delivering great customer service! You will have previous front of house experience ideally working in a fast\-paced restaurant environment.
You will be:
- Must be well presented, friendly and customer service focused
- Should have 2 years’ experience in a similar role and be looking for a progressive career move
- Must display a “can do” attitude
- Experience with fine dining and/or private events
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Possess an attention to detail
- Experience with maintaining/managing labour costs and staff schedule
- Experience in training and motivating employees
- Enthusiasm to manage delegated goals
- Proficient with Microsoft suite
