Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily bar operations, including sales, and inventory
- Lead and supervise team members to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure adherence to company standards
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development initiatives for staff members
- Coordinate with management on sales strategies and promotional activities
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate records
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, motivation, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Proven management experience in a hospitality environment with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in sales management, merchandising, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail and time management
- Experience in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and inventory control
