Our client, a prestigious private bank in Zurich, is seeking a highly motivated and detail\-oriented Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) to support their Private Banking team. Key Responsibilities:

• Support Relationship Managers in managing and developing a portfolio of High\-Net\-Worth (HNW) and Ultra\-High\-Net\-Worth (UHNW) clients.


• Assist in daily client account administration, including transaction processing, documentation, and compliance checks.


• Coordinate with internal departments such as compliance, risk, and investment teams to ensure smooth client service.


• Prepare client presentations, reports, and investment proposals.


• Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and provide exceptional service.


• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.


• Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining KYC/AML documentation.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 2\+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or a related field.


• Strong understanding of financial products, investment solutions, and regulatory requirements.


• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


• Detail\-oriented with strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking platforms.


• Fluency in English with German as a big plus; additional languages are also a plus.


• Client\-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skill
