We’re searching for a passionate Assistant Reception Manager.

- To assist the Reception Manager in the building of an efficient department,by taking an active interest in the employees’ welfare,safety and development.
- To assist the reception team in providing all staff with on\-going service standards training and food and beverage product knowledge.
- To supervise other receptionists,ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.
- To strictly adhere to the department’s operational budget and ensure that all costs are controlled and expenditure approved.
- To attend training and meetings as required by the Reception Manager.
- To conduct and contribute to regular departmental communications meetings.
- Manage the reception desk and the flow of service into the restaurant in the Managers absence
- You have 2 years \+ experience in this position
- Solution\-driven individual able to work under the pressure of peak service
- You love to wow guests with exceptional service
- You have excellent English language skills
- You are friendly and professional with plenty of charisma and flair
