Your Next Role – What You’ll Be Doing
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor with 1–3 years’ experience to join a specialist sub-contractor working on technically complex projects.
You’ll assist the commercial team with managing costs, preparing valuations, supporting procurement, and handling final accounts. Projects typically range from £250k to £8m and cover enabling works, structural alterations, basement construction, and remediation.
This is a hands-on role with site and office exposure, perfect for someone who wants to work hard, learn fast, and eventually step up into a QS position.
