Assistant Property Manager/Operations Assistant
Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Assistant Property Manager/Operations Assistant to join our small, high performing team operating within the Serviced Accommodation and Residential Lettings sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support property management operations and enable company growth.
We are a small team in a rapidly growing property company, meaning that no two days are the same, and you will have a lot of opportunity to get involved in many areas of the business outside of property management. You will quickly be given a great deal of responsibility and will have the opportunity to take ownership of your area of the business, meaning there is a large amount of personal development and growth available. We are also offering a funded ARLA accreditation to the right candidate.

Your energy and enthusiasm will help us maintain smooth property operations while fostering positive relationships with tenants and guests, contractors, and team members.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily property operations, including calendar and bookings management, guest/tenant communication and maintenance coordination
- Provide support to more junior staff handling guest and tenant communication
- Support the team with tasks using RentalReady and Arthur, or similar property management software
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing timely information and directing calls appropriately
- Maintain organized records of tenant files, service requests, and financial transactions
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule repairs and inspections efficiently
- Provide exceptional administrative support through office experience, including filing, correspondence, and report preparation
- At least 2 years prior experience within a property management role, or within the Serviced Accommodation sector
- Experience within residential lettings sector
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact confidently with tenants and vendors
- Demonstrated administrative experience supporting busy teams or departments
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay: £28,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
