Let UK Home is an award-winning, full-service property management company with an extensive background in the UK real estate sector. We manage over a thousand high-end residences in London and across the UK, ensuring an exceptional living experience for every client. Operating from 12 offices worldwide, including our Manchester branch, our team operates on the core philosophy of "We Care, We Value, We Appreciate".

The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Property Manager to join our growing Manchester office. In this role, you will be the vital "boots-on-the-ground" support for our Property Management team. Your primary focus will be conducting fieldwork, maintaining accurate property records, and ensuring our administrative processes run smoothly. Additionally, you will cross-train to support our local leasing managers with property viewings during peak rental seasons, making this a dynamic and varied role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ground Operations & Handover: Assist with property handovers and coordinate the key exchange process for new and departing tenants.

  • Inspections: Conduct routine property inspections (including biannual checks) to ensure the upkeep of our high-end residences.

  • Key Management: Take ownership of inventory key management and perform regular, rigorous key audits.

  • Tenant Onboarding: Meet with tenants to conduct home demonstrations and guide them through utility account registration.

  • Lettings Support: Support the local leasing team during peak seasons by coordinating tenant schedules, following up on property viewings, and capturing basic photos or videos for marketing.

  • Administrative Duties: Provide general office administrative support, coordinate closely with the Property Manager, and assist in tracking maintenance requests.

What We Are Looking For
  • A highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding key audits and inspection reports.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide top-tier service during property viewings and home demonstrations.

  • A flexible team player who is willing to step in and support the lettings team during busy periods.

  • Previous experience in property management, administration, or customer service is highly advantageous.

  • Familiarity with the Manchester local area.

Why Join Let UK Home?
  • Award-Winning Excellence: Be part of an agency recognized as the 2024-2026 award winner for Lettings/Rentals Agency by the International Property Awards.

  • Global Network: Join an internationally expanding company with 12 offices worldwide, offering broad market influence and a robust support system.

  • Professional Growth: Work alongside a professional team with decades of industry experience, providing a fantastic environment to learn and grow your property career.
