Overview
A growing high-end fit out and refurbishment contractor is looking for an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to join the team delivering bespoke residential and commercial projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has site or project exposure but wants to develop into a fully rounded Project Manager rather than remain purely site-focused.
The Opportunity
You'll work closely with senior leadership across fast-paced fit out and refurbishment projects, gaining exposure to programme management, client meetings, subcontractor coordination, procurement support, logistics planning, design coordination and commercial management. Projects include high-spec residential refurbishments and premium commercial spaces with demanding clients and high-quality finishes throughout. This role offers genuine progression and responsibility for someone proactive, organised and eager to learn.

What They're Looking For
- Fit out / refurbishment and ideally some high end experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Desire to progress into Project Management
- Professional and client-facing attitude
- Solid IT Skills
- Stable and reliable background
- Ability to take ownership and learn quickly
- £45k-£55k salary DOE
