Assistant Project Manager / Assistant Store Manager (Graduate Trainee)

We are looking for a recent graduate to join our team in a hands\-on trainee role. You’ll support the daily running of the café while helping to coordinate projects and improvements across the business.

What you’ll do

• Help deliver friendly, attentive customer service.


• Support the Store Manager with daily operations, team coordination and maintaining café standards.


• Assist with planning and following up on projects and operational tasks.


• Communicate clearly with colleagues, suppliers and customers.


• Learn how the business works and take on more responsibility as you develop.

• A recent graduate; a hospitality qualification is preferred.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.


• Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well in a busy environment.

Pay: €28,300\.00\-€35,000\.00 per year
