GLL is looking for an Assistant Product Manager, to work in the Junior Products Department, at Middlegate House (Head Office). As an Assistant Product Manager, alongside the National Product Manager, you will be responsible for all products and services related to:

  • Birthday Parties

  • Trampoline Parks / Multi\-Zone Activity Areas

  • Soft Play

  • Clip n Climb

  • Inflatable Zone

  • Toddlers World
This role involves collaborating closely with the marketing team on campaigns and product launches, as well as managing projects linked to capital\-funded schemes. You will work alongside centre management teams to ensure full compliance with relevant standards and processes, while carrying out thorough financial performance reviews to track and drive business success. The position also focuses on identifying innovation and growth opportunities, alongside maintaining effective supplier management to ensure strong partnerships and value delivery.

As this position entails supporting centre management teams across the GLL estate, you will be expected to travel across the UK.

What you need:

  • Proven experience and knowledge within the Junior industry.

  • Strong understanding of marketing collaboration, including campaigns and product/service launches.

  • Experience working with compliance frameworks and processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct financial performance analysis, with a focus on driving improvements.

  • Commercial awareness with a track record of identifying growth and innovation opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and delivery skills.

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Good level of numeracy and analytical thinking.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
