Your responsibilities:
With your organisational skills, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly and that our high service standards are maintained during the night, whilst also looking after security on the premises.
- Responsibility for ensuring smooth operations and optimal operational processes
- Access control, security patrols, monitoring of security\-related systems
- Organisation of shifts
- Conducting shifts (check\-in, check\-out, night audit, billing, room allocation, complaint handling, induction of new staff, etc.)
- Preparing the daily closing, maintaining statistics and reporting
- Supporting the team
- Completed training or a degree in the hospitality industry
- One to two years’ professional experience in this role, in a similar position and at a company of a comparable size
- Excellent communication skills
- A confident and positive manner
- A safety\-first mindset
- The ability to identify and set priorities effectively
- A structured, determined and goal\-oriented approach to work
- Good organisational and teamwork skills, as well as self\-motivation
- Reliability
- Good command of German and English, as well as proficiency in commonly used computer programmes
- Promotion of teamwork and camaraderie among colleagues
