We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Manager to join our growing team and help strengthen our brand presence, generate new business opportunities, and support the company’s continued growth.
This is a hybrid role based in High Wycombe, offering the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues both in the office and remotely.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering marketing activities that increase brand awareness, engage our target audiences, generate leads, and support business development.
You will work closely with management, sales, and technical teams to develop effective marketing strategies and communicate the value of Coding World Limited’s IT services to prospective and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
- Manage and develop the company’s website and online presence.
- Create engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other marketing materials.
- Manage the company’s social media channels and increase audience engagement.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
- Support lead\-generation and customer\-acquisition activities.
- Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance using relevant analytics and reporting tools.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing databases.
- Work with external suppliers, agencies, and partners where required.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop campaigns that support lead generation and business development.
- Maintain consistent company branding and messaging across marketing channels.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and present campaign performance to management.
- Help organise events, networking activities, exhibitions, and other promotional initiatives.
- Keep up to date with developments in digital marketing, technology, and the IT services sector.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and marketing strategy.
- Experience or knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
- Good analytical and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- An interest in technology and the IT industry.
Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:
- SEO and search engine marketing
- Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms
- Google Ads or paid digital advertising
- LinkedIn marketing
- Email marketing platforms
- CRM and marketing automation systems
- WordPress or other website management platforms
- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content\-creation tools
- B2B technology or IT\-services marketing
- Starting salary of £36,600 per annum at entry level.
