We're on the lookout for an energetic, passionate and hands on Assistant Manager to join our team at our busy city center bar. As Assistant Manager you'll be expected to help lead the team, support the General Manager with the day to day running of the venue and be right there in the middle of all the action. In addition to operational duties, there's also the social media side of the role. We're looking for someone who can help with creating and managing engaging content across our platforms and promote events.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends and content creation


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends


• Personal licence

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with staff scheduling, training and supervision


• oversee daily bar operations


• develop, schedule and publish content for social media platforms


• Promote events, specials and seasonal campaigns to drive traffic and sales

Pay: From £12\.71 per hour

Expected hours: 36\.0 – 45\.0 per week
