Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the daily management of restaurant operations


• Leading and motivating the front of house team


• Delivering outstanding customer service


• Supporting staff training and development


• Maintaining high standards of presentation and organisation


• Assisting with reservations, service flow, and customer relations

Requirements

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality


• Excellent communication and leadership skills


• Well\-presented, organised, and professional


• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
