Now, as Doner Shack continues to grow, we’re looking for an Assistant Manager to join our strong Silverburn team.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in running the restaurant, leading the team and making sure we deliver great food, great service and great results every day.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Understands the commercial side of running a restaurant

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As Assistant Manager, you will:

• Support the day to day running of the restaurant


• Lead the team during service and set the standard


• Train, coach and develop team members


• Support sales, labour and profitability performance


• Manage stock and reduce waste


• Ensure food quality, service and brand standards are maintained


• Make sure all food safety, health \& safety and legal requirements are followed


• Support recruitment and onboarding


• Help create a positive team culture


• Work closely with the General Manager and wider operations team


• Support the continued growth of Doner Shack
