Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to lead our bar team in an ever growing hospitality group. The ideal candidate will possess a background in restaurant or bar operations, along with leadership and team management skills. As the Bar Manager, you will oversee all aspects of bar operations, ensuring adherence high standards while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Job role includes management duties (training will be given) such as:
\* Key Holder
\* Rotas
\* Marketing
\* Team Development / Leadership
\* Costings
\* Ordering
\* PAYE
\* Marketing
