Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing Lead

Are you a results\-driven sales professional with a passion for health and fitness? We are looking for a proactive, high\-energy Assistant Manager to lead our membership growth and elevate our brand presence.

In this key leadership position, you will take full ownership of our sales funnel and marketing execution. You will be the driving force behind new member acquisition, corporate outreach, on\-site engagement, and our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Funnel Management: Take full ownership of incoming leads, phone/digital inquiries, and member conversions to drive steady membership growth.


• Tours \& Trials: Schedule, manage, and deliver high\-converting free trial experiences and engaging gym tours.


• Corporate Outreach \& Events: Build relationships with local businesses, negotiate corporate packages, and execute promotional events to generate qualified leads.


• Social Media \& Content Strategy: Own and execute the monthly social media content calendar, creating high\-impact posts, videos, and campaigns that boost brand visibility and community engagement.


• Operations \& Leadership: Support day\-to\-day facility management, step in to run morning or weekend shifts as needed, and ensure an exceptional member experience.

• Proven track record in membership sales, lead generation, or consultative selling.


• Strong digital skills with experience managing active social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).


• Confident communicator who excels at building relationships face\-to\-face, over the phone, and at networking events.


• Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and organized leader ready to take full charge of sales and marketing strategy.


• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential for local corporate outreach and off\-site events).


• Flexibility to work the core 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM shift, along with occasional morning and weekend shifts.
