KIOSK MANAGER – CASTLE QUAY BANBURY

Location: Castle Quay Shopping Centre, Banbury
Position: Temporary, with potential for a permanent position
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ retail management or supervisory experience

We are looking for an experienced Kiosk Manager to take responsibility for the day\-to\-day running of our kiosk at Castle Quay Shopping Centre, Banbury.

The kiosk will sell a range of hats, scarves, gloves and seasonal accessories.

We need someone who is confident managing a small retail team, driving sales and taking responsibility for the smooth running of the kiosk.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day\-to\-day operation of the kiosk, including:

• Managing, supporting and motivating the retail team


• Preparing and managing staff rotas


• Managing attendance, breaks and staff performance


• Leading by example and providing excellent customer service


• Managing stock levels, deliveries and replenishment


• Ensuring the kiosk is clean, organised and well presented


• Monitoring daily sales and encouraging the team to achieve targets


• Managing cash handling, cashing\-up and end\-of\-day procedures


• Dealing with customer queries and resolving issues professionally


• Ensuring all company procedures are followed


• Taking responsibility for the overall performance and presentation of the kiosk

You must have:

• At least 2 years’ retail management or supervisory experience


• Experience managing and motivating a team


• Strong organisational skills


• Good customer service and communication skills


• The ability to work independently and take responsibility


• Experience with stock management and cash handling


• A positive and professional attitude


• Flexibility to work weekends and busy shopping periods
