The Role
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll be a visible leader who inspires by example. You'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive sales, support team development, and ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations.
You'll be trusted to make decisions, encouraged to bring new ideas, and empowered to help the business succeed.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who:
- Has at least one year management experience within a busy hospitality environment
- Loves delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Enjoys motivating, coaching and developing teams
- Thrives in a fast\-paced environment
- Has experience managing high\-volume operations
- Understands stock control, ordering and cost management
- Has strong commercial awareness and financial understanding
- Leads with positivity, energy and professionalism
