Assistant Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our stunning Regina's Bar and Restaurant. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage a diverse team, ensuring high standards of service and food safety are maintained at all times.

Fine Dining experience is a plus.

Minimum 2 years restaurant management is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.


• Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.


• Oversee staff training in food safety practices, cooking techniques, and guest service excellence.


• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.


• Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.


• Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.


• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry, fine dining preferred.


• Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership.


• Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential.
