About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in the day\-to\-day running of our busy venue, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, efficient operations, and a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
\* Assist in managing daily restaurant and bar operations.
\* Lead, motivate, and develop front\-of\-house staff.
\* Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback professionally.
\* Support recruitment, training, and staff scheduling.
\* Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and venue presentation.
\* Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory control.
\* Help drive sales and achieve business performance targets.
\* Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For
\* Previous supervisory or management experience in a busy bar, restaurant, or hospitality venue.
\* Strong leadership and communication skills.
\* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
\* Excellent organisational and problem\-solving abilities.
\* Passion for hospitality, food, and customer service.
\* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
\* Bar experience and cocktail trained
\*Cellar Management
\* Barista skills and experience
\*Level 2 food safety and hygiene
