Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced F\&B/QSR Assistant Manager to oversee our quick service restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and culinary experience, combined with exceptional leadership and team management skills. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient food production and service delivery.


• Lead and train team members in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and hospitality standards.


• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards to guarantee a safe dining experience for customers.


• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.


• Monitor staff performance, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance team development.


• Implement effective strategies for improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.


• Collaborate with upper management to develop promotional initiatives and enhance the overall guest experience.


• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas at all times.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.


• Strong culinary skills with hands\-on experience in food preparation and cooking.


• Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.


• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.


• Previous experience in quick service restaurants or similar environments is highly desirable.


• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
