We're now looking for a Part\-Time Assistant Manager to join our Rugby restaurant and help us continue delivering exceptional food, service and experiences.

The Role

This is a part\-time position of approximately 25 hours per week, ideal for someone looking for flexibility whilst still playing a key role within a growing business.

Working closely alongside the General Manager, you'll help lead the restaurant, support the team and ensure every guest receives the Libertine Burger experience we're known for.

No two days are the same, but responsibilities will include:

Leading from the Front

You'll be a visible leader on shift, setting the standard, motivating the team and creating a positive atmosphere for both staff and customers.

Delivering Great Hospitality

From greeting guests to resolving issues, you'll help ensure every customer leaves happy and already planning their next visit.

Maintaining Standards

Whether it's food quality, cleanliness, service or presentation, you'll take pride in making sure everything meets Libertine Burger standards.

Supporting Operations

You'll assist with stock control, cash handling, health \& safety procedures, opening and closing duties, and day\-to\-day restaurant management.

Developing the Team

You'll help train, coach and support team members, creating an environment where people can learn, develop and succeed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality, restaurants or fast\-casual dining.


• A positive, hands\-on attitude and willingness to get stuck in wherever needed.


• Strong communication and leadership skills.


• Someone who remains calm under pressure and leads by example.


• A genuine passion for hospitality, food and delivering great guest experiences.


• Reliable, organised and able to take ownership of responsibilities.
