Responsibilities

• Assist the venue Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.


• Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance and support to optimise performance.


• Ensure products are well\-presented and stock levels are maintained.


• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing queries professionally and efficiently.


• Assist with staff rotas, delegate tasks and monitor attendance to ensure adequate coverage.


• Support the recruitment process by participating in interviews and onboarding new team members.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store environment.

• Proven management experience within hospitality; supervising experience is essential.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team effectively.


• Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail and time management abilities.


• Outstanding communication skills.


• Proficient in organisational software and point\-of\-sale systems.


• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a professional demeanour.


• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within a fast\-paced environment.
