Assistant Manager (Full-time) – Hands-on Role in Female Hostel

We are looking for an energetic, responsible and hands\-on Assistant manager to join our small and dynamic team full\-time.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative naturally, and wants to grow into a leadership role within hospitality. You do not need years of management experience, personality, responsibility and communication are more important to us.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting daily hostel operations during busy shifts


• Coordinating and guiding volunteers


• Helping manage reception and guest experience


• Assisting with social media content (TikTok \& Instagram)


• Keeping overview and helping solve daily issues


• Supporting the manager in day\-to\-day operations


• Helping create a welcoming, safe and positive atmosphere

What we’re looking for:

• You are social, proactive and confident


• You communicate easily and can give/receive feedback


• You enjoy responsibility and figuring things out


• You are organized and hands\-on


• You enjoy working in an international environment


• You are interested in hospitality, social media or community\-based work


• You are available full\-time and flexible with shifts


• English is required
