Mellex Group Limited is a family run company trading for over 25 years, in August 2021 the company acquired Leggat Plant Limited, Bridgend Hire Limited, and Bridgend Training Limited.

Due to continuing growth, we require a full\-time Finance Assistant Manager to assist the Finance Director and Finance Manager.

Role:

  • Maintaining Debtors Ledger.

  • Maintaining Creditors Ledger.

  • Sending out Monthly Customer statements.

  • Management of Accounts receivable including receipts.

  • Credit Control

  • Enter all nominal/cashbook transactions

  • Reconciliation of Bank.

  • Monthly trial balance reconciliation.

  • Providing general administration support throughout the company.

  • Any other ad hoc duties.

  • Experience, skills, and qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role 3 years minimum.

  • Knowledge of Sage 200 and Syrinx would be an advantage but not compulsory (full training will be given).

  • Must be polite, and act in a professional manner.

  • Confident and effective communicator, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

  • Must be able to prioritise workload and ability to work independently whilst being an excellent team player.
Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
