Responsibilities
- Assist the management team in supervising daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service activities.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
- Oversee merchandising efforts to ensure attractive product displays that maximize sales potential.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide training and coaching to team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring positive shopping experiences.
- Support recruitment efforts by participating in hiring processes and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain effective communication across teams to ensure organizational goals are met efficiently.
- Proven management experience in retail or sales environments, with supervising responsibilities preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward shared objectives.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.
- Experience in merchandising, sales management, and retail operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks accurately while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in supervising staff, managing schedules, and enforcing store policies is preferred.
Pay: £25,420\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
