The Role
We’re looking for a confident and reliable Assistant Manager to join our Cardiff team on a permanent basis. You’ll support the day\-to\-day running of the venue, lead shifts, and help keep standards tight across service, safety and operations.
This is a hands\-on role, so you’ll need to bring energy, organisation and a steady approach to supporting the General Manager and wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and support the General Manager with daily operations
- Motivate and support the team across all departments
- Handle cash, complete end\-of\-day procedures and support stock control
- Deliver excellent customer service and be a visible presence on the floor
- Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment
- Contribute to commercial performance through good planning and team engagement
- Experience in a supervisory or junior management role in hospitality, leisure or retail
- Reliable, organised and able to lead by example
- Confident with stock, cash and closing procedures
- Personal licence holder preferred, or willing to work towards it
- Strong communication skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure
