We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to be part of the continued success at The Square \& Compass in the picturesque village of North Rigton.

We are looking for things like welcoming attitude, top\-class waiting skills, barista, hosting, bar and expediting experience because like all succesful leaders we need to lead by example.
No one is the finished article though so full training will be given if you have any blind spots!
Most of all you will have enthusiasm, a desire to improve and the ability to transfer knowledge and skills to the front line.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Leading and training our front\-of\-house team
·Making sure our guests experience excellent service
You need to have a “leading from the front” management style and used to working in a fast\-paced environment.
