Assistant Manager – Butter Bird, Ancoats, Manchester \- £42,000\.00 p/a

Butter Bird is an independent, vibrant rotisserie located in the heart of Manchester’s buzzing Ancoats district. We’re developing a fantastic reputation for our signature tea brined, locally sourced rotisserie chickens and are looking for a talented and passionate manager to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a minimum of 2 year’s recent managerial experience working in a fast\-paced independent restaurant

  • Brings creativity, energy and pride to their role

  • Has a great attitude and willingness to learn and to be truly involved

  • Has the ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy restaurant

  • Has strong management skills and a love for hospitality
