As an Assistant Manager you will play a significant role in helping us fulfil our mission.

We are looking for a communicative, organised Ast. Manager to support daily front\-of\-house operations and help improve customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and support customers throughout service

Day to Day running of the operation

Use computer systems (Excel, Word, reservations, reports)

Support basic marketing tasks (social media, customer follow\-up)

Help attract new customers and encourage repeat visits

Stay aware of trends and customer needs

Requirements

Strong communication \& people skills

Comfortable with computers (Excel/Word essential)

Reliable, positive attitude

Experience in hospitality preferred, but not required
