Assistant Manager

Position Purpose: The Salon Assistant Manager will work under the direction of the General Manager, maintain the quality and exceptional guest experience of our salon. PLEASE ONLY CONTACT US IF YOU FLEXIBLE TO WORK IN THE WEEKEND AS WELL AS WEEKDAYS

Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Work under direction of the General Manager.


• Maintain positive and professional approach with employees and clients


• Communicate regularly with all salon staff on property regarding job assignments and required timeframe for teams for workflow.


• Establish and supervise system of controls to ensure that maximum standards of service are maintained.


• Maintain salon in a clean, comfortable and saleable condition, including front of house areas.


• Review occupancy levels and staff performance accordingly.


• Supervise inventory system for supplies, equipment, and merchandise. When needed establish reorder levels and keep records.


• Other duties as assigned consistent with the functions of this position as needed at any of the properties.

Requirements

• Must be a passionate people person, as this job is highly interactive and requires superb customer service skills.


• Friendly and warm demeanor, excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask while maintaining poise.


• Competent with computer technology to easily learn reservation management system, the point of sale system to process payments,


• 2\-3 year or equivalent combination of education and experience; nails salon or hospitality supervisory experience preferred.


• Business or Management Degree

Pay: €16\.00 per hour
