Job Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Assistant Managers to oversee the operations of our Soho restaurant London. This is a rare opportunity to join a global business as it enters the UK market.
Responsibilities:
\- Recruit and build a world class team to open our restaurants.
\- Ensure exceptional guest experience by delivering top notch hospitality.
\- Control all elements of the day to day operation of the restaurant.
Experience:
\- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
\- Experience managing high volume restaurants, ideally in London
\- Proven track record in achieving financial targets and driving revenue growth.
\- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with team and customers.
\- Exceptional problem\-solving abilities and decision\-making skills.
