What You'll Be Doing
\- Leading, motivating, and supporting the salon team day\-to\-day
\- Delivering a full range of nail and beauty treatments to a consistently high standard
\- Managing client consultations, bookings, and reception with professionalism and warmth
\- Overseeing stock management and product ordering
\- Opening and closing the salon and keeping everything running smoothly
\- Supporting our social media presence and helping promote the salon
\- Training and mentoring junior staff and upholding our high standards
What We're Looking For
Essential:
\- Minimum 3 years' professional salon experience
\- Relevant qualification (QQI Level 5 or 6, ITEC, CIBTAC, or equivalent)
\- Strong nail technician skills — gel, acrylic, extensions, or BIAB
\- Previous supervisory or management experience
\- Excellent people skills with clients and colleagues alike
\- Reliable, organised, and takes real pride in their work
Desirable:
\- Experience with nail art and advanced nail techniques
\- Beauty treatments: waxing, lash/brow services, facials, spray tan
\- Familiarity with salon booking software
\- Confidence creating social media content

Hours
Monday to Saturday, with late evenings on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday until 9pm.
Sundays off. Bank holidays off. No Sundays, ever.
