What you’ll do:

Lead and motivate our team to ensure outstanding service and compliance with brand standards

Manage daily operations within the hotel, Fully focused on F\&B, to keep us the UK’s number one

Collaborate with the Hotel Manager to enhance our guests’ experience, taking on feedback to push for even more

Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and oversee food service operations to maintain our high\-quality standards

What you’ll need:

Previous management experience in the hospitality industry with a strong F\&B Background or a related field

Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service

Motivated to advance your career within hotel management

Excellent team management and communication skills

Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of service
