ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Salary up to £19\.85 per hour

As an Assistant General Manager at Tonkotsu, you will assist in leading the day\-to\-day operations of the restaurant. Your role is crucial in ensuring that every customer receives the best possible experience through the delivery of Omotenashi hospitality, fostering high team morale, and archiving Tonkotsu standards, values and commercial success.
