As an Assistant Manager, you’re the link between the team and the General Manager.
You:
- keep the shift steady when things get busy
- support and develop the team around you
- make sure every customer leaves feeling like it was worth showing up
And when the GM’s not there, you step up.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Running Great Shifts
- Support the General Manager in the day\-to\-day running of the business
- Lead shifts and keep things running smoothly during busy periods
- Ensure food quality, speed of service and customer experience remain consistently high
- Step up to run the operation when the General Manager isn't available
- Train, coach and develop team members
- Create a positive and supportive working environment
- Help Supervisors and Crew Members build their confidence and skills
- Lead by example and maintain high standards across every shift
- Ensure Health \& Safety and food hygiene standards are always followed
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organisation throughout the kiosk
- Make sure all food meets Lucky Gyros' quality, presentation and portion standards
- Complete operational checks and ensure company procedures are followed
- Support stock management, ordering and stocktakes
- Monitor food waste and help control costs
- Use systems such as Nory, Point 1, Leet and DOJO to support the operation
- Assist the General Manager in achieving sales, labour and profitability targets
- Work closely with the General Manager to review performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Communicate clearly with the team and ensure everyone understands expectations
- Help resolve operational challenges and improve the way things are done
- Deliver friendly, genuine service every day
- Handle customer concerns professionally and confidently
- Create an environment that keeps customers coming back
- Help bring the Lucky Gyros brand and culture to life

Minimum 1 year in a management role or 2 years in a supervisor role.
Pay: £30,000\.00\-£32,000\.00 per year
