La Finca Eivissa is a vibrant Ibizan\-inspired tapas restaurant and late\-night cocktail bar, proudly linked with Bar Bodega Basement Bar \& Nightclub.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, hands\-on Assistant General Manager to work closely alongside our General Manager, helping to lead our fantastic team while maintaining the highest standards of service, food and drinks.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Duty Manager looking to take the next step, or an existing Assistant General Manager seeking a fresh challenge within a fast\-paced, independent hospitality business.

What we're looking for:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or similar shift leader role.

  • Experience in a busy restaurant and bar environment.

  • A natural leader who enjoys developing and motivating a team while leading from the front.

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Strong knowledge of food and drink, with an interest in wine, cocktails and different cuisines.

  • Creative, enthusiastic and keen to contribute ideas, including seasonal cocktail and drinks development.

  • Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends and late nights.

What we offer

  • Average working week of approximately 40 hours.

  • We operate Wednesday to Sunday, including Bank Holidays and special occasions.

Pay: £15\.00 per hour plus an equal share of Tronc and cash tips, along with staff discounts.
