Who We Are

We are a cocktail bar serving amazing brunches, Award winning drinks and coffee along side a brand new small plates concept. We are focusing hard on developing our small plates trade int both the mornings and the evenings.

The Normal stuff

responsibility of the day\-to\-day running of the venue and will work with the GM to ensure your team is fully trained you can prioritise and focus attention on the task at hand and you know the actions that move the dials of the business.

REQUIREMENTS

Energetic authentic Hospitality leader able to work under pressure with ease, nothing can knock you off your game.

Solid communication skills and insane organisational skills.

Guest focused not Personally focused.

A big passion for, and knowledge of food, wine and cocktails

Forward thinking \& confident in what you do

Passionate about recruitment, training, mentoring \& growing the team
