At the top of the ‘Walkie Talkie’ building, Darwin is our rooftop all\-day restaurant inspired by the very best of British. Laid\-back but luxe, the space is inspired by nature and understated décor which allows the food – and incredible view – to do the talking!

Role Purpose:

We are looking for an assistant general manager to join our team at Darwin Brasserie, located within London’s iconic Sky Garden.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality leader who thrives in a fast\-paced, high\-volume premium dining environment and is driven by delivering exceptional guest experiences. Working alongside the General Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading a world class operation in one of London’s most unique dining destinations. What you'll be doing

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all day\-to\-day restaurant operations


• Lead, inspire, and develop a large front of house team to consistently deliver exceptional service


• Drive a positive guest experience and uphold the highest hospitality standards


• Maintain excellent health \& safety and compliance standards throughout the venue


• Handle guest feedback with professionalism, confidence, and care


• Foster a positive, energetic, and high\-performing team culture


• Help ensure smooth service delivery in a busy, dynamic environment

• Proven experience as an AGM, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or senior manager within a high\-volume premium restaurant


• A confident and motivating leader with strong people management skills


• Excellent communication and organisational abilities


• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences


• Ability to stay calm under pressure and thrive in a fast\-paced environment


• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
