We are now recruiting an Assistant General Manager for our Canary Wharf site, a high\-profile, high\-volume location with strong revenue performance and growth potential.

This role would suit an experienced Assistant General Manager or a strong Restaurant Manager ready to step into a broader leadership role and support full site performance.

The Role – Assistant General Manager

As Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting full\-site operations in a high\-volume, flagship environment


• Leading FOH teams and working closely with BOH


• Delivering exceptional guest experience


• Managing rotas, labour control and daily staffing levels


• Supporting P\&L performance, driving revenue and cost control


• Stock control and operational efficiency


• Training, coaching and developing supervisors and team members


• Ensuring compliance with Health \& Safety and company standards


• Driving service standards, culture and team engagement


• Supporting the General Manager in overall site performance and decision\-making

You will be a hands\-on leader who leads from the floor, supports performance and sets the tone for service, energy and accountability.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant Manager

• Strong background in high\-volume hospitality or casual dining


• Experience supporting P\&L and managing labour and costs


• Ability to lead and develop teams in a fast\-paced environment


• Strong commercial awareness and operational understanding


• Confident decision\-making and problem\-solving skills


• Excellent communication and organisational ability


• Passion for hospitality management and guest satisfaction
