The Role:

As assistant Front of House Manager, you’ll help lead the guest experience at Pit Kitchen — ensuring that the tone and standards are maintained, and helping to build a confident, motivated FOH team. This is a hands\-on role, leading from the floor during service.

• Assisting all front of house operations


• Training and motivating FOH staff


• occasionally managing service flow and resolving guest feedback professionally


• Working closely with kitchen and management teams


• Maintaining venue presentation, cleanliness, and ambience


• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training


• Supporting senior management with reporting and planning
