We're growing, and we're looking for an enthusiastic hire to support our Senior Facilities Managers in servicing our clients.

The Role

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

This role will sit within one of our Facilities Management sub\-teams, supporting senior colleagues in responding to our clients needs. You will own the end\-to\-end facilities management process, from instruction to completion, logging calls to invoicing, and everything in between.

You will:

Support Senior Facilities Managers servicing their book of clients

Respond to both planned maintenance requests and emergencies

Manage maintenance jobs:

· coordinate contractors and suppliers

· chase attendance and updates

· liaise with property managers and site staff

· maintain accurate job records

· support the wider facilities team with day\-to\-day operations

About You

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

You're enthusiastic, with good multi\-tasking skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment. A proactive problem solver who is confident liaising with both clients and contractors.

Previous experience in facilities management is desirable but not essential.
