Assistant Director of Midwifery \& Nursing \-

Full Time \- Permanent Position

We are seeking a very experienced, dynamic individual who has the ability and vision to lead the service and manage change.

The successful candidate will:

Have a minimum of at least 7 years post qualification experience to include comprehensive clinical and managerial experience.

Have excellent team building, problem solving and decision making skills.

Be highly organised and motivated with excellent communication skills and a proven background of planning prioritisation and change management.
