What You’ll Do:
As a Concession Assistant Manager at House of CB, Selfridges, you will support the Concession Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping drive sales and team performance. You will play a key role in the day to day running of the concession, leading by example and ensuring the space operates efficiently, profitably, and in line with House of CB brand standards.
Customer Experience:
- Support in creating and maintaining a positive, welcoming, and personalised shopping experience across all customer touchpoints.
- Lead by example at all times to empower and inspire the team as well as exceed customer expectations through operating a compliant and efficient space.
- Identify future customer opportunities by understanding product and service requirements.
- Maintain floor presence to assist customers and ensure the team are fulfilling brand expectations.
- Support the Concession Manager Analysing sales and KPI reports and confidently take action to maximise results.
- Work innovatively and commercially within Company guidelines to consistently drive, achieve, and exceed sales targets.
- Analyse sales results and assist in implementing commercial actions to maximise performance.
- Help manage payroll and operational costs in line with company expectations.
- Identify business opportunities and provide weekly feedback to Manager regarding product performance, operational procedures, sales techniques, and customer experience.
- Assist in protecting company profit and preventing loss.
- Support the execution of merchandising updates ensuring complete reflection of HOCB visual guidelines.
- Maintain consistent inventory levels to commercially manage space profitability and drive a positive customer experience.
- Assist with deliveries, replenishment, stock organisation, and daily operational tasks.
- Promote and work as part of an inclusive and diverse team to collectively support the needs of customers and the Company.
- Support Recruit, hire and train an exceptional team that represents and projects the HOCB brand and vision.
- Identify and align talent with job functionality to ensure a positive and consistent customer experience.
- Actively Support train, develop and assess the team through providing performance feedback to ensure growth and success.
- Support health and safety routines to maintain the overall safety and well being of our customers and colleagues.
- 1–2 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience within a fast paced environment.
