This is a hybrid role with up to 4 days a week on site after your training.
About the Role:
· Scientists at the cutting edge of biotech contact us daily for help in sourcing important research products
· We consult with the customer, ensuring we have all the information needed to achieve the best outcome for them
· We scan the market for solutions, considering technical specifications, price, and speed of delivery
· We speak to the suppliers about their products, making sure we understand the nuances and negotiate the best prices
· We then share the options with the customer and guide them to the best outcomes
· All while working in a great team of like\-minded people, supported by your manager
What we are looking for?
· Strong communication skills written and verbal
· Problem\-solving mindset and resourcefulness under pressure
· A curious, proactive, and positive attitude
· A real team player, ready to support your colleagues
· Experience in the Biotech industry or relevant degree
· Experience working with international customers, particularly in the US or other global markets, is a plus as we continue to grow our presence worldwide.
· Be flexible with your working hours dependant on business needs. Shifts can vary and hours fall anywhere between 9am\-midnight
