<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">We’re looking for a bright Assistant Buyer, Integrated Media Investment to help manage day-to-day responsibilities of paid media campaign management. A naturally curious mind, resourcefulness, a love for numbers and a passion for advertising are a must. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Assistant Buyer supports the execution, maintenance, and reporting of media buys across traditional and digital channels. This is an entry-level role designed for a motivated, detail-oriented individual looking to build foundational experience in media planning and buying. You’ll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and media partners to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently, while learning about pricing strategy, media performance, and client servicing.</span></p>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Enter campaign data and maintain accurate records across internal systems (e.g., OneStrata, Investment Trackers)</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Help manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring vendors receive specs and assets on time</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor campaign pacing and delivery, flagging any under- or over-delivery to the team</span></li>

</ul>

<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>REQUIREMENTS: </strong></span></p>

<li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s in Advertising, Marketing or related field</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">A very high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite tools, and especially be a wiz with Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong attention to detail and highly organized</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must have a love for numbers and a high numerical aptitude</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication skills</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Eagerness to learn and adaptability</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A strong interest and knowledge of Media Buying and Planning</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Previous marketing, advertising or media agency experience are a plus.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Please note this role requires a candidate with proximity to our NY office. We offer a hybrid work setting with employees working both onsite and from home. Assistants are in the office an average of two days a week for training, collaboration, and overall learning. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Salary range is $45k - $48k. Commensurate with experience.
