THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Brand Manager Assistant to join us in growing Hooks \& Needles, one of our creative brands built around crochet and knitting
This is a hands\-on role for someone who loves staying organized, spotting the little details others miss, and making sure things actually get done. You’ll work across product development, customer feedback, marketing, and day\-to\-day brand projects, helping keep everything running smoothly and looking for ways to make things better.
Crochet or knitting knowledge is a big advantage here. Understanding the craft helps you get our products, understand our customers, and spot issues they might notice.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Product Development
- Help develop and improve products for Hooks \& Needles.
- Review patterns, instructions, and content for accuracy and quality.
- Work with creators and internal teams to bring projects to life.
- Review customer feedback and spot trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Turn insights into ideas for improving products and the customer experience.
- Keep up with crochet and knitting trends.
- Research new ideas, products, and opportunities for the brand.
- Help with product\-related customer questions and feedback.
- Keep an eye on our online communities and what customers are talking about.
- Help execute marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Source creative content and support product storytelling.
- Use AI tools to speed up research, analysis, and everyday tasks.
- Look for ways technology can help us work faster and smarter.

FIXED SERVICE FEE
Up to € 1000 euros after taxes, depending on yourskills, competencies, and experience.
Please note that this role is based on a contract/freelance agreement.

This role is 100% remote.
- Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET \- UTC\+2/UTC\+3\). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
- For full\-time roles, we ask that you’re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours \- it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy.
